Booking policy.

Thank you for choosing Intertwine Loc Design. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: A $50 deposit is required to book a consultation. The deposit will be credited to

the desired service. You MUST book a consultation for NEW establishments. Prices will not be given over

the phone or via the internet.

A $100 deposit is required for all new establishment bookings. No date will be secured without the $100

deposit. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable to another individual. NO

DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT. PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL……NO REFUNDS

PAYMENT: The final, full balance is due by Cash, Zelle or CashApp at the time of your establishment. If you must use a debit/credit card you will be charged a 3% surcharge. We DON’T provide change, please

bring correct amount! As a COURTESY NO KIDS unless they are being serviced.

Cancelation Policy

-If you must reschedule or cancel your services, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled

appointment to avoid fees. A credit card number may be required at the time of booking.

If cancellation is due to consultant, a full refund of all deposits paid will be provided to client. NO CALL

NO SHOW APPOINTMENT WILL BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BOOKINGS.

We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so that you may enjoy your experience in its

entirety.

All online prices are starting prices. The price of your service my increase based on factors such

as hair length, density, and time between appts. To avoid price variations, please schedule a

consultation ($50) to receive a quote for your service.
